"Without your help, I wouldn't have done it." Juliana Olayode thanks Funke Akindele for everything

 Juliana Olayode, a Nollywood actress, has expressed her gratitude to Funke Akindele, a senior colleague, for making a timely intervention. A lifestyle community called Purity hangout, where attendees came to worship God, was recently conducted by the movie star. In her message of thanks to all who contributed to the event's success, Juliana, who has grown to be a devoted supporter and representative of Christ, thanked Funke Akindele. If the actress hadn't stepped in, she said she wouldn't have made it to the hangout. Juliana expresses her gratitude and asks for more blessings to be bestowed upon her.

“I must say a big, big, thank you to my mama @funkeakindele I wouldn’t have been able to make it to the hangout but for your intervention. God bless you so much ma, I am grateful”.

Recall that the two split up in 2017 for unspecified reasons after Juliana appeared on the popular TV show "Jenifa's Diary" by Funke Akindele. Juliana Olayode wrote a lengthy essay on her Instagram page about how she gained instant notoriety by playing the lead in Funke Akindele's film. She mentioned how God used Funke Akindele to bring her to public attention and how the celebrity she attained left her feeling depleted. She had a manager, but he didn't know how the entertainment business operated, and she trusted everything he said, thus the lack of industry specifics began to show in her.

Her manager had gone behind her back to send an email to Funke Akindele’s production company which led to their fallout. Tendering an apology to her, Juliana revealed that she had privately reached out to Funke Akindele to apologize and they had reconciled, but she wanted to make the apology public. Funke Akindele, who has no ill will toward her, reacted by saying how much she missed Juliana Olayode. She told her she loved her and would see her soon.
