Annie, a mother of two and the wife of the artist 2face Idibia, was overjoyed to be included on the cover of the prestigious Glamour South Africa magazine in the March 2022 issue. When Annie broke the good news, she used the chance to share her childhood memories of living in a one-bedroom apartment.

She admitted that, although one of her brothers is now late, she used to share a bedroom with her three brothers. As a child, Annie worked alongside her mother in the kitchen, earning the nickname "cook's daughter." In light of this, she boasted that a cook's daughter had achieved the top.
