In response to a fashion police member who criticized Funke Akindele's AMVCA attire,

 Funke Akindele, a Nollywood actress, responded to the fashion police who attacked her attire at the recently finished AMVCA. The movie star had won a garment covered in green feathers that showed off some of her body. Unhappy with how she was dressing, a female follower warned her on the microblogging platform. Despite telling the actress that her clothing is excessively exposing, she commended the mother of two and characterized her as naturally attractive. She was warned by a Twitter user going by the name of Modupe Moses to cover her body, especially since she is a mother and a role model for many people.

“U are beautiful naturally but the dress is too revealing and try to cover it. U are a mother and our role model to us ma”.

Replying her, Funke Akindele promised to talk to her tailor.

“Ok sir. I will tell my tailor now”.

Not just Funke Akindele has received criticism from the fashion police. Destiny Etiko took the opportunity to respond to the fashion police last month.

The movie producer, who is one of the most derided celebrities for her bad fashion taste, stirred up controversy online with her varied clothes, which many people thought were tacky.

Destiny Etiko responded to them on her Instagram page, saying that even though she is living her best life, people are still upset.

She suggested that people might get mercy from God if they applied the time they spend on her page to other aspects of their lives.

Destiny stated that her critics will have high blood pressure because of her.

“If they invest the time they spent on my page in their miserable lives, just maybe God might have mercy on them and grow their finances”.
