Reactions to an old image of Basketmouth and Ayo makun from Iyabo Ojo, Paulo Okoye, and others

 Iyabo Ojo, a Nollywood actress, and Paul Okoye, also known as Pauloo, have responded to the widely circulated old picture of Basketmouth and AY. In response to the earlier claim, online sleuths discovered old photographs of Basketmouth and Ayo Makun. In an interview with media personality Nedu, Basketmouth claimed that he had never previously taken a picture with Ay. Furthermore, he asserted that they have never been friends. Internet users disproved him by digging up an old photo of the legendary comedians, which caused controversy online. Several celebrities have responded to the pictures since they first appeared online. Yetunde Bakare, Special Spesh, Iyabo Ojo, and her partner Paulo all added their two cents.

Bovi, one of Basketmouth's closest pals, said the image showed a celebrity and a fan. Bovi claims that the photo was taken in 2004, when AY was a fan of Basketmouth. He begged Ay not to take the analysis personally and asked him not to call Chude Jideonwo in his place.

“This is Basketmouth and a fan! 2004! Ay no vex o! Before you go call Chude for me!”.

Monday was the day that Basketmouth finally addressed his ongoing dispute with AY. On a podcast with the Honest Bunch team, Basketmouth revealed what happened between him and AY that led to the breakup of their friendship. He never claimed to be friends with AY, and neither did they ever have a close or intimate contact with him, according to Basket Mouth. He also admitted that he had never coached AY before but had met him through comic king Ali Baba. The dispute between Basketmouth and AY, according to Basketmouth, concerned something else that he won't talk about and that none of their clients were affected. The father of three said that AY was lying to publicize his upcoming program by using their feud.
