 Anita Natacha, a.k.a. Tacha, a Big Brother Naija celebrity, has said a prayer of desperation while awaiting the declaration of the presidential election results. More celebrities have gone to social media to criticize the political process as Nigeria gets closer to choosing its next leader, while still wishing for the best. Celebrities like Tacha are not exempt from the country's strong feelings on the recent presidential election in Nigeria, which sparked a range of reactions from all corners of the nation. Tacha wrote in a post about how she was unable to concentrate, sleep, or be at peace. She continued by praying for those who were attempting to undermine Nigerians' efforts.

The way I kept on turning on my bed all night! God! e no go better for anyone trying to frustrate Nigerians!! My eyes are heavy! heart is heavy! My tired is tired! since Saturday we conducted elections! where are the results?? i’m restless, she penned.

It will be recalled that a few days ago, the father of one, Adekunle Gold, used the microblogging service Twitter to criticize the Independent National Election Commission (INEC), calling it the nation's most irresponsible electoral authority.

He tweeted: “Nah! INEC is the most irresponsible organization.”

His followers concurred with him regarding the commission in the comment area. Many celebrities have persisted in criticizing INEC, the electoral body, for the way in which the presidential elections were conducted.

Paul Okoye, among others, wasted no time in calling them on the shady transfer of election results. The transfer of election results by INEC employees at various polling places around the nation, it is said, wasn't transparent since the results were reportedly changed to favor a specific political party. Paul criticized the electoral body for their inefficiency on his Instagram stories. The father of three questioned why INEC spent nearly two billion dollars on the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), which was designed to facilitate transmit results electronically but was ultimately ineffective. He and his twin brothers have been vociferous about the 2023 election.
