To support his music, Obi Cubana gives portable N3 million.

 Obinna Iyiegbu, a multibillionaire businessman also known as Obi Cubana, gave artist Portable N3 million to support his music. This was announced by Portable as he posted a video of his interaction with the wealthy businessman on his Instagram feed. Obi Cubana had pledged to provide N3 million to sponsor the singer's album during the chat. Cubana had been debating whether to give the singer the money all at once or in installments. In response, Portable remarked that since he trusted the guy, he was fine with any of the options.

Cubana said, “I wanna send you 3m support. Can I send 1m today and 1m tomorrow and 1m Monday?

Or the 3m together Monday?”.

Portable replied, “Send am Oga me I believe you”.

Hours earlier,  Portable had criticized video director TG Omori for the astronomical fees he charged for his music video. Portable expressed his outrage on Instagram and said that the professional video director had requested $50,000 from him to helm the music video for his song criticizing Apostle Suleman. Omori may not have been the same person who shot the "Zazoo" music video, but Portable questioned why he didn't demand the absurd sum for it. The filmmaker was informed by the father of four children that there are numerous aspiring video directors waiting to direct his videos for low fees.

As he asserted that the music industry has a caucus, the Zazoo crooner questioned whether the individuals patronizing him are ritualists and the dead. As he made note of how his assistant wouldn't feel under pressure to assist him, Portable pledged to shoot the video without him. In a response on the microblogging website Twitter, TG Omori requested that persons close to the singer inform him that he shot "Zazoo" at no cost to himself. He emphasized how he shot the video for free and then remained silent about it. TG Omori made fun of Portable for possessing a video without being aware of how it was made. Yet he is criticizing him due to a reduced pricing.
