Nollywood actor Yul Edochie responded to their photo-shopped family by sending a message to his ex-wife May Edochie.
reported Kemi Filani news May Edochie published pictures of herself during Christmas without her husband Yul Edochie.
The mother of four, who was adamantly opposed to polygamy, celebrated her first Christmas without him.
May posted a photo of their four children in a Christmas photo shoot with red and black accents on Instagram.
She added the caption, "Merry Christmas! The guys, the girls, and the queen.
A devoted admirer added Yul Edochie and his second wife to May's Christmas pictures after noticing that they were noticeably absent from the family picture.
When Yul Edochie saw the family photo that had been altered, she thanked her in her comment area for the kind gesture.
According to the father of five, this is how it ought to be: one happy, peaceful family.
Yul requested his estranged wife to take a break in a message to her, implying that he wants her to accept polygamy.
"Yes Sarah, ooo. as it ought to be. Stunning family. Blessed family and blessed man. Everyone will be living in harmony, love, and good cheer.

News reported that May Edochie's response to Yul's public apologies had many people in awe of her.

May Edochie repeated that because polygamy is against her religion, neither she nor anyone else would force her into it.
She yet regarded forgiveness as the most beautiful expression, and for the sake of her mental stability and inner serenity, she has decided to forgive him.
She continued by saying that she is unable to hate anyone, particularly the father of her children. She, however, would not acquiesce to his requests to be counted in the house they had together built.
"I firmly believe that errors constitute a significant portion of human experience. What matters is how we react to these mistakes. To put it another way, forgiving someone is one thing; making things right is quite another.
For me, the purest and most beautiful expression of love is forgiveness. Love cannot exist without forgiveness, and forgiveness cannot exist without love. Therefore, it is in my best interests and for the sake of my inner peace that I be able to forgive those who have erred in the past, present, and future with regard to the situation at hand.
I choose to stick with love. Hatred is an impossible burden to carry. I still have a very hard time hating anyone, much less the father of my kids. The reality remains that anyone can choose to practice POLYGAMY; but, they cannot be forced to accept something they did not request.
I'll stand my ground and refuse to be cajoled into supporting polygamy because it contradicts my values, ideals, and principles.
