In the upcoming movie Battle on Buka Street, Mercy Johnson, an actress, has shared some intriguing details regarding her relationship with Funke Akindele.

The film Battle on Buka Street, which is directed by Funke Akindele, is about two women who became at odds after opening a restaurant on the same street, sparking conflict and rivalry between their families, according to recent news reports.

Mercy Johnson, who played Awele in the film, described the role as a cranky person who moans about everything in a recent video on Instagram. ”

Regarding her role in the movie, she described it as "a very grumpy character, she is a very disturbed woman who is unhappy with where she is in life and complains about pretty much everything around her. I appreciate that Awele speaks her truth and lives it.

Funke Akindele was further described by Mercy Johnson as follows:

"Funke Akindele Bello, who had previously just been an actor, is now also directing other projects.
