Slami Ifeanyi, a singer and songwriter from Nigeria, has been declared dead. On Sunday, November 27, early in the morning, unidentified gunmen are said to have shot him to death. The 31-year-old former Mr. Anambra Universe was reportedly slain while driving alone in his just purchased Lexus 330 in Umubere, Awka, Anambra State. He was driving his brand-new car, which he had just purchased two weeks prior, when it occurred, a source said. Even if we don't know why he was attacked, it appears to have been deliberate. A few days prior to Slami Ifeanyi's passing, Sammie Okposo, a gospel singer and Welu Welu crooner, passed away. A story claims that the music producer passed away on Friday morning after collapsing. His age was 51. Okposo gained notoriety at the beginning of the year when he publicly apologized to his wife Ozioma for having an extramarital affair with a woman in the United States. The musician expressed regret for the incident, which he stated occurred in 2021, in the apology that he posted on his Instagram page. The singer added that the change has caused him to step down from his ministerial duties until "full restoration."
