On Tuesday, September 27, Omoni Oboli made the decision to reminisce about a time when she was younger.
The three-times mother-of-three, who is also an actress, shared a flashback image of her and her husband, Nnmadi Oboli, taken in 1999 when they were newlyweds.

Omoni Oboli is a Nigerian actor, screenwriter, director, producer, and digital filmmaker who was born on April 22, 1978. Her works include the screenplays for The Figurine (2009), Anchor Baby (2010), Fatal Imagination, Being Mrs. Elliott, The First Lady, and Wives on Strike. She attended the New York Film Academy (2016). She co-starred and directed the comedic movie Moms at War in 2018.
Oboli was born in Edo State's Benin City. She comes from the little Nigerian hamlet of Mosogar in Delta State. After finishing secondary school, Omoni Oboli went on to the University of Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, where she earned a bachelor's degree in French with a 2nd Class Upper division. Omoni Oboli completed both her primary and secondary schooling at Benin City, Edo State. Omoni Oboli continued her education after receiving her first degree at the New York Film Academy, where she took a 4-week session in digital editing.
Omoni's acting career started with a role as a secretary in the 1996 film Bitter Encounter. She moved on to Shame. She later went on to play the leading lady in three important films, including Another Campus Tale, Destined to Die, and Not My Will. Omoni left the movie business in 1996 after a brief career to finish her undergraduate studies. She got married right away after graduating from college and didn't work in the sector again for ten years. She claimed that a particular incident nearly caused her to give up on movies. When she returned to the screen in 2009, she discovered that the industry no longer had room for her. She then made the decision to begin making her own films.
The Rivals, a film Omoni co-produced with a friend and which won the Best International Drama award at the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival, is one of several screenplays she has written. Wives On Strike is another film she wrote the screenplay for. Since the festival's beginning in 2003, it was the first Nigerian movie to receive a premiere. The jury of the festival gave the film a score of 3 out of 4. The Figurine (2009), Anchor Baby (2010), Being Mrs. Elliot and Fifty are just a few of the prominent movies in which Omoni Oboli has starred as the lead (2015). She is also the first Nollywood actress to take home the Best Actress trophy at two non-African or Nigerian festivals in the same year (2010). She carried out this.
