Burna Boy, a Grammy-winning Nigerian artist, paid a visit to the United Nations Headquarters in New York on his way to a sold-out event at Madison Square Garden in the same city.
During the visit, Burna Boy visited with the UN Deputy Secretary-General, Nigeria's Amina Mohammed, who was accompanied by his mother and manager, Bose Ogulu.
On Thursday morning, Amina Mohammed, the Deputy Secretary-General to the UN posted a photo of the visit to her Twitter page, praising the musician for encouraging young people via his skill.
"I had the pleasure of welcoming my colleague @burnaboy here at the @UN HQ," she wrote.
With his incredible talents, Burna continues to inspire young people all across the world."
